although i don't play anymore, ill be sad to see this go. i know plenty of mates who still play it even now.

Booo, sad days - had some brilliant fun playing this with friends over the years. Not the best MMO (or even close) but boy, you could have a blast messing about in Spandex.

This is the downside to mmo's. When it shuts down, you lose everything you invested in all the years playing. I would have prefured if it went 100% freeplay knowing it wouldnt see any significant updates again exept maybe the odd bugfix. This would free up the devs for other project and just someone to press reset on the server everynow and again .
