Has anybody had any trouble upgrading the city of villians trial with a retail key ? . I just baught the retail version to continue from the trial and it says key invalid. PlayNC are not being very helpful towards resolving this issue either :(

they suck, my trial stopped working after the first day, then I get an email saying that its run out (after 24h?) I email the help address asking what happened, don't get any reply of any use (automated responce asking me to look at FAQ etc about connection issues), so I think, if they can't run a trial, why should I pay for a game thats BASICALY Anarchy online with slightly better graphics.
 
I didnt have any trouble with the trial (although im sure they killed the trial 1 day early for me), What I did like about this mmo game is that it doesnt depend on wealth and inventory management whih I find ruins other games (or at least makes it less fun). The support team seem to be contactable by email only (no phone contacts :/) and as you mention, they are not answering any support for accounts which is annoying me greatly.
 
Finalt after 5 long days a responce from their support. Apparantly retail codes are split between EU and US and I just happen to have an eu code as a uk resident. Damn trial version was US only so is incompatable :(

something to bare in mind if anyone else is planning to upgrade from the 3dgamers trial version.
