Citylink delivery

Ordered Vista on Wednesday from OcUK and it's still listed on the Citlink tracking site as...

Current Status: These goods have successfully arrived at the branch ready for delivery.

Tracking History

20:37 Wednesday, February 28, 2007 On route to delivery branch
06:01 Thursday, March 1, 2007 Arrived at Delivery Branch

Tried calling them but no-one is answering their general number.

They have a scheduled delivery date of 01/03/2007, but obviously haven't been delivered.

This is the second time recently something I paid for next day delivery hasn't been delivered next day - do I claim back the postage from OcUK or Citylink (presumably OcUK as that's who my contract is with)?

It will come today, its only been a few days. If it was after the weekend and you were still waiting then I would raise concern!

I've never once had an OCUK/Citylink order delivered on the promised date, always been at least one day after. They've been very good at dealing with it though, so I'm not complaining, just thought I'd mention you're not alone.

Same my first order was messed up completely due to stock issues.

i had to wait over a week for my citylink delivery from another company, suffice to say i got angry

i have rarely had anytihng deliverd properly by citylink. once i had a parcel arrive at 8 in the evening, ive had 2 lost, one lost and then found, others arriving days later.

sadly thats who is brining my gts from OCUK on monday so i really hope they get it right this time. Amtrak on the other hand, never had a problem...ever.

Never had any bother with citylink. Always been delivered on the day i asked for. (Unless i wasnt in, but in that case, they at least tried to)
