This might be really stupid questions but;

1) How do i fly planes onto a carrier?
2) I cant make my planes bomb even when i click the "bomb square" button?
3) My choppers wont go over the sea?!
4) How come the heli losses against everything?

1. Try to rebase it and select a carrier for a destination.
2. I believe there is a limit to how many times you can bomb. Also check the target zone is in range for your bomber.
3. Choppers must stop over land. They would be of no use over seas anyway.
4. Don't send helicopters against units with good AA

but in civ 2 they went over sea

and just realised i can only get fighters onto carriers not bombers is that normal?

I'm not a fan of not allowing bombers on carriers, but fighters aren't too bad and can still get jobs done. They aren't overly necessary anyway, assault a city through tanks and w/e loaded off your transports then just rebase air units in that city - the next turn they'll be able to help in the offensive.

Build battleships though - they make you feel manly

You can't bomb a city's defences if they're already at 0%, and you can't bomb a city's units if they are all at 50% or below

I wish bombers would be allowed on carriers again like they were in CivIII (IIRC). Another thing I am sorely missing is the nuclear subs

Not to mention the paratroops :/
