I am really getting pi**ed off i have updated the drivers run all the updates turned down all the graphics and still i am having problems!
I was first getting problems when i installed it running on direct 10/11 (black screen the sound still going etc)
So i contacted 2k and the told me they never had these problems before with shop bought versions and they were going to email me back (never did)
Then i was reading that it might be an idea to run it on direct 9 and turn all the graphics down it was working but as soon as two thirds of the map was displayed the screen kept blanking out and coming back.
Any help please surly the hd5770 club should handle this game?

What are the specs of the rest of your computer? Lets look at the bigger picture and try and find out what is wrong. I know the game works (poorly) on my girlfriends laptop which has integrated graphics. Did I say it worked poorly? Lol!

The 5770 should run the game fine. I currently run a HD4870 and I run the game on my system at 1080p full graphcis and AA. So yea, post your machine up in a reply and lets see what we got.

Processor i7 920 overclocked to 4ghz
6gb ram

Ok then, if I was you I would uninstall your current graphics drivers and reinstall them. Also uninstall and reinstall the game itself. Allow any patches to be installed for the game also. This might help you. Also, and I know it sounds weird, but give your PC a good defrag on all your drives.
