I've tried posting these in the 2K forums, but the topics you post need to be confirmed by a moderator first, and I've been told to use the search function on their site and I did, and found nothing. So I doubt I'll be going there again, anyway I have a fairly weird issue with Civ5, rather than explain it I'll just show:

(they are all 1440x900 and too big for direct imaging)

The issue is the weird graphical lines, its like it wasn't programmed properly and you can see their meshes etc.

Some leaders are a lot worse, such as the dude who owns Babylon, or the leader of Japan, they are both almost completely red and blue.

All drivers are up to date, including BIOS, game is up to date, every other game works perfectly and my hardware is brand spanking.

Nothing is being forced via the ATI CCC neither, I'm all out of ideas, it isn't game breaking but it kinda kills it a little bit as the leaders are so well animated and have beautiful graphics. Feels like the overall consistant quality of the game suffers because of it if you know what I mean.

Thanks!

Probably just ATI driver issues it's why I try to avoid them, have you tried tinkering with the 'leader screen quality' or whatever the setting is called in the graphics options?
