Civilization Revolution demo for the 360 is up on marketplace now. If you've never played a Civ game before you should definitely check it out. I don't have a PS3 so I can't check PSN, but I'm guessing its up there as well.

Gutted my xbox is knackered. When is the full game out as I'll almost definitely pick it up, in fact I'm going to have to play through 4 on my PC again.

I'm undecided about this. My a big Civ fan, but I'm not sure whether it would be any good on a console. I'll get the demo tonight and make up my mind on whether or not I'm going to purchase the game when its released.
 
Edge gave this a good review this month. It sounds as though it has the depth of the pc version, but is now only 5-10 hours long - repeated playthroughs and trying new things being the emphasis. Seeing as I no long have 100's of hours to sink into Civ aymore this sounds ideal.
 
Apparently this is exactly as Sid Miers wanted it. So going with that, I'll be trying it out. Loved the original. None of the sequels were as good.
 
I've been looking forward to this. Despite being a pretty fanatical Civ4 player, assuming that this will be cut-back and won't live up to the high standards of true Civilization gameplay, I do think that it looks very enjoyable and ideal for casual gaming sessions. I look forward to trying the demo later. :)
