CJ's CdKeys and recent issues

Not wanting to have the GW2 thread nazis rage about me posting in there so I'll create a new thread for this

Just wondering if anyone that had issues with CJ's CD Keys recently have started receiving spam? My PP address isn't used many places but shortly after using them I've started receiving both PP phising emails and also emails for game currency for random games.

My personal recomendation now is to stay away from CJ's CD Keys.

I know cjs owner presonally and I asked him
and he assures that this spam is not caused by us
and that all emails are treated with confidence and not given to third parties in accordance with our privacy policy http://www.cjs-cdkeys.com/pages/Policies.html

My paypal address has been spam free for years.
I have one problematic transaction with CJs (GW2 key, Anet states CC fraud as source) and now Im getting PP phising spam with my CORRECT details on and also random spam for in game currency.

This after being called a Liar and being told I wasn't getting a refund for the game (GW2) as I was just trying to steal a game from them!

Got my refund but if looks liek I've paid the price of having my personal details leaked to random RMT companies, Thanks CJ's!

Avoid like the plague tech. Heard nothing but nightmare stories regarding their grey market importing of keys...



So basically you work there?

Not so much grey importing mate.
I bought a Retail EU Guidl Wars 2 code from them.
Anet state the code I have was:

A) A US Key
B) Bought from the official GW2 site using stolen CC
C) Now banned from Game

I had given CJ's the benefit of the doubt til then and now this ****storm of spam. If only I'd used a temp email box to my PP account for only CJ's I'd be able to PROVE they've leaked my details
