CL5 vs CL6

Or

4gig DDR2 6400 CL6

• 4gig DDR2 6400 CL6 (15.0ns)

The 2GB CL5 has -16% latency compared to the 4GB CL6 . . . latency while in effect all the time in every single thing the computer does would not be as noticable as the lag you would get from a disk-swap if you ever exceeded 2GB of physical memory . . .

I assume you have both kits already and just working out where to use them and *not* buying either of these kits new?

Yes, I've got both sets now - so in your opinion the 4gig set would be worth using over the 2gig.
