Claiming games from uplay store issues

Has anybody else had problems claiming back games after buying from Nvidia ? I can't use the two game codes provided. They keep coming back as invalid. Contacted their support and forwarded proof of code and purchase but now they are not responding.

Have you followed the redemption instructions? You need to input your code into the nvidia claim site then choose what game you want. You then get a code for that game that you enter into the uplay store page which reduces the cost to £0.
 
NVidia code entered on NVidia site gives you a code to enter on the uplay store
One code leads to another, then log into the uplay client after buying in the uplay store and attempt to download
 
you do have to jump through hoops somewhat.

If you buy a steam code from humblebundle, for example, then you just enter the code in your steam client and job done. To get my choose your path game, i had to register at nvidia to enter the code to get a second code. Then i had to visit the uplay store and buy the game, using the second code as a discount code to make the game free. Then once i bought it i could actually start downloading the game......but not before i restarted uplay to pick up the new game, of course. Because uplay.
 
yep done all that, codes entered to start with came up as invalid. Contacted customer support and had to re-enter code after an hour. Did so and then it reduced price to zero, got confirmation email for both games but both games come up as Farcry4 (i asked for farcry 4 and assassins creed unity). Neither game can be downloaded though .. have had no contact back from customer support since this new problem
 
I have lost games before and they were not at all helpful. I had Dead Space 2 and then had to upgrade my machine. When I reinstalled Uplay it was gone and would not let me activate it again.

Their customer services just ignore me.
