I was a bit worried given some of the previews were not exactly glowing, but it seems it is a great game after all which is brilliant.

Maybe, but then I hadn't even heard of this until today. I've seen 'rhythm action game' mentioned in a few of the reviews too so that's a nope.

I don't get the "rhythm action game" vibe from what I've seen but apparetly there's a fair few QTE's which for me is hit or miss.

Legacy Gaming gave this a "masterpiece" review, rated it in the top 5 games he's ever played.

It's on Gamepass so worth a go I reckon.

I have pre-ordered this as it is getting glowing reviews. Also Jennifer English (Shadowheart) is in the game, as well as Devora Wilde (Lae'zel) so that is a big plus.

Looks like a mix of FF7 remake. I am interested too as the real-time stuff in conjunction with turn based never really worked for me as I'm too old and slow now to react when the modes change.

Watched Lirik play this last night as he got early access and wow went in blind and was very surprised at how polished everything is, will be picking this up once I'm through my backlog of games.
