clan based pc gaming

Just wondering as ive been off the scene of clan based gaming for a while.

Is it still rife on the pc games market, what games are best for this as i used to play ut2k4. Also are people using ventrilo still as a voice chat client?

Lots of clans playing COD4.

Try Clanbase, Enemy Down and Codleague.

Enemy down for ladders I think, not clanned properly for ages either lol.

Ventrillo or teamspeak2 for voice comms.

TF2/CS.S/CZ probably the busiest online games atm, I think the COD series are popular too though. Don't really know about other games as I don't play many now.

CSS, CS1.6, TF2 and COD4 are the most popular. Enemdown and the SGL are the main CS ladders while Clanbase & ESL are the main COD4 ladders.

With MW2 coming our in November you should see a switch over by COD4 players to MW2.

i wana get my sehnhesier headset back doing its job and get some tactical gaming on the go again. does multiplay still has the I lan parties.

i used to play bf2142 a year or two ago, i was looking just last week for cod5 clans but i dont know where to start looking these days, clan's have gone down in numbers since bf2142 going by when i was looking a couple of weeks ago

Dont bother with cod5, it failed as a multiplayer game.
