Do clans post on the forum and are they allowed?

I am looking for a nice group of people to join on various games.
Dont get on all the time so would be nice to find a big clan so that when I do come on line, I can say hello!

I end up on most of the latest games.
Currently on Dayz and PlanetSide2 among others

Yup for me its important that I can drop in when I can.
I would like nothing more than to play all the time but just dont have the time with work etc.

How many people are in everyone clans?
You have to register for most before you can even see.
