Right, no one seems capable of actually explaining or suggesting monitors (however few they are I'd expect someone here to be able to find one!) that are HDCP capable.
I want a 22-24" 1080p capable monitor that I can hook up via a DVI - HDMI cable to my g92 8800gts 512mb. The playback sources will be either hd mpeg files or blu ray discs via this when its released.
Whilst there are plenty of HDMI equipped monitors around (and I, like lots of you like the Dell's), they don't specify being HDCP capable, which seems to be a pretty important pre-requisite to watching 1080p videos / movies when hooked up to a blu ray source.
I'll also be using it for gaming, mainly L4D, Crysis (graphics card will be updated soon too before its mentioned) and TF2, so low response times are also necessary.
