OP, do you mean Members Market? You need to read the FAQ, it details the post count necessary.

edit : how can you have been a member since 2004 and not know this? Or have I completely misunderstood your post, heh

You need to enable trust in the control panel, and then a Don will give you access to the Member's Market

Try Clicking >> HERE which should take you to the "For Sale" section.

Which will, as said above.. only work if you have trust enabled and also meet all the other rules (which I can't remember)
