Probably the monthly thread for this themed but wondering where poeple hunt for cars.

gumtree
autotrader
ebay.

Any other ones to check?
scott-ads I checked occasionally and I remember loot.com was the gumtree of the day.

If it helps my budget isn't sales floor territory and strangely have heart set on a 306 hdi meridian.

same, except I did bother with autotrader and it was a complete waste of money - never again.

The good thing with Autotrader from a buyers perspective is their filtering, so you can get rid of so much stuff you don't want to look at quickly. None of the others mentioned so far are as good as AT in this respect.
