Clean install of Windows on SSD?

I want to go ahead and do a fresh install of Windows on my SSD.

Is there anything special I should do with it, or should I just go ahead and format it during the Windows 7 installation?

Go into Bios and change to AHCI mode. Then install from fresh.

You should do a secure erase madindehead. HDD Erase can do it and also Parted Magic.
