Hey all,
My computer has started to get a bit cluttered. Add that to one of my hard drives failing its SMART report i have brought a new hard drive to replace it.
So i was wondering is there anyway to copy the whole of one hard drive to the new drive and have it work, even if it has installed programmes and that?
Or do i just have to wipe it and reinstall?
Also to keep my data ( back up drive) not formatted should i just unplug it? and plug it in after i have formatted?
How often do you guys reformat your drives to keep everything running smoothly?
Cheers
