Clean my mac alternatives

Is there any free alternatives to clean my mac? I've got quite a bit of cache and trashes and leftovers according to cmm but its all way over the 500mb limit and there is nothing I can delete under that amount!

Piriform who make Ccleaner for Windows have released a Mac Beta.
