Clean Windows 10 Pro - Install to new SSD

That's what I want to do, but the MS Creation Tool is crashing and from searching the web it's crashing a lot and no one seems to have a fix for this. So what are my options, I type Windows 10 Pro ISO Download into Google, but none of them seem to be up to the same version I have installed.

How do I get the current version of W10 Pro so I can do a clean install. I have a licence, it's on the same PC I am using, I just want to use my new M.2 drive as my OS drive.

Thoughts?

have you contacted mircosoft live chat, is all files upto date ? i presume its 64 bit your running, but there is different versions of it

Not done live chat and yes it's 64 bit W10 Pro with latest patches etc. Just want it based on my new drive

do u have iso from when you last installed ? was it a win 7 upgrade or new win 10

So....I did a Live Chat.....

He logs in to see and watch me try............20 odd goes error, not working

The final go with him watching..............works perfect
