Clean windows install but want to transfer data from my old OS drive

Hi all,

After a windows update messed up my last OS drive I have done a clean install on a new SSD. I still have all the old apps and info on my old SSD but they don't seem to load straight away like AMD adrenalin. Is there an easy way to migrate them across or get them to load automatically with out re installing everything.
