Cleaning a cloth mousemat?

I just use a damp cloth and hang it over my chair to dry out.

Liquid soap and a sponge to clean, then rinse off. Comes out great.

I tend to get a bowl of luke warm water, sponge and a bit of cleaning material e.g. liquid soap.
1. Put the sponge into the bowl, squeeze off any excess water and just wipe down the mouse mat.
2. Do the same this time but just with the soap/liquid soap.
3. Repeat step one.
4. Leave it to dry.
5. Done.
I put mine (Razer Goliathus) in the bottom of the bath, sprayed it with the shower head, squirted a small amount of washing up liquid on it, scrubbed with a nail brush, rinsed and left it to dry... Came out as good as new 
Not had to properly clean my new one yet (cant remember what its called, its big and smooth tho ha), vacuum worked well for dust tho.
