Cleaning a CPU heatspreader

Can't find my lens-cleaning cloth anywhere, and I REALLY wanted to put this rig together tonight. Reading the instructions for AS5, though, it says:

To
optimally clean the CPU heatspreader surface
use ArctiClean steps 1 and 2 or adequately by
using a low residual solvent (high-purity
isopropyl alcohol) and a LINT FREE cloth
(a lens cleaning cloth or a coffee filter).

I have an ample supply of disposable paper coffee filters... I don't suppose it was THAT kind of coffee filter that the instructions are talking about, is it?
