cleaning a mouse mat

Hi there not sure where to really put this thread

but i have a Steelseries QcK Mini mat and well it is pretty dirty :rolleyes:

whats the best way to clean it? or shall i just throw it away and buy a new one?

Clean it with water and soap.

Ive got the same mat, Id be interested in methods tbh
atm, all I do is vacuum it, and go over it with a ever so slightly damp cloth

Well i just made a bowl of hot water bit of fairy liquid and gave it a good scrub, just towel dried it and put it on a radiator to dry, i shall let know know if it shrinks

I would just use a damp cloth and air dry for 10 mins

soap and water does the trick, mind I once got candle wax on mine and it still hasnt come off.

Vacuum any bits off and then use warm water with a dish cloth to gently rub off any dirt. Had to clean mine last summer and i left them in the sun to dry, don't think you'll be able to do that bit though

They came up as good as new though and if you do it right they don't fray.

its almost a daft question but ive thought of it too!!, ive got the boogie bug XL and often thought shall i just put in washing machine.....but what if......might give it ago anyway and see!!
