Cleaning a radiator

Hi,

Looking at my radiator for my h20 system it looks very dusty.

I have tried blasting it with a can of compressed air to no avail, some dust still remains.

im gutting my system in the next week or so to prepare for new mobo and gfx.

what do i need to do to get this rad squeky clean without damaging it?

air duster usually work well - are you a smoker by any chance?
If striping it down then a good power shower works well.

nope, dont smoke

i thought about putting water to it but im worried about rusting (on the outside)

Its copper or brass.

As Biffa says the rad will be either copper or brass so it won't rust, if the compressed air doesn't get it just blast some water from the shower through it and let it airdry

LOL, I didn't even let air dry, I got my hair dryer out.....I meant the missus hairdryer
