Just received my new XSPC Edge and very unimpressed with the build quality - whats the best way to tidy up the edges of the acrilic (internally), and remove the oily gunk from the copper fins.

Very fine emery paper for the acrylic edges and soapy water (fairy liquid for the block.) And old tooth brush works wonders....the missus' new electric one will be even better but can, I'm told, result in the loss of a testicle :D

I'd advise you avoid using any solvents and remove any seals before starting.

Make sure you rinse the lot thoroughly as any "bits" left may prevent a good seal when you reassemble it.
