Cleaning C:\ drive

I've got a 74gb Raptor that i'm looking to sell. Its got my Vista on there at the moment and my work documents.

As it's my C:\ drive and I don't have any other drives in there anymore, what's the best way to format and properly clean the drive? I think I need an application that boots from my USB key and will then do the old writing 1's and 0's to clean it.

What software can do this?

I formated an old drive in windows and then use a program called Eraser to clean it. Do it once, reboot, do it again, reboot, and then again then pull your harddrive out.

There is a boot application on there too.

But be sure to disconnect any other drives first.
