Cleaning cpu and thermal paste

Am planning on buying theses two items are they a good choice
Arctic Cooling MX-4 Thermal Paste
Akasa TIM-Clean CPU and Heat Sink

Will be cleaning a H80 and i5 2500k?
If there is better ones could you please let me know.

Am buying motherboard and paste so might has well get all same time.

Thanks ill pick up a bottle of isopropanol 99% get the cpu and h80 cleaned to day in stead of waiting.
