Cleaning dust from inside of case

I have an antec 902 case, I am currently in the process of installing a new cooler and so I have taken everything out, apart from the power supply. Being about a year old, there is a lot of dust in the case. Is it ok to just wipe this away with a dry lint free cloth?

I just tend to use a hoover with the bristle attachment thing. People say not to because it can damage them with static and that, I dunno what it's like for modern components though, I've been doing it for about 8 years with my old P4 478 based stuff, but since moving to modern stuff I haven't.

or you can use a hair dryer, used it many a time to remove dust from my heat-sink, and definitely use a soft bristle paintbrush

Dyson do a Soft Dusting Brush attachment that is perfect for getting dust out of computers.

I use 4500psi compressed air

From a distance of course and regulated to 850psi, and if you decide to use compressed air, hold the fans to avoid knackering the bearings.

oh yeah, filters ***. Especially if you're a smoker cuz the dust smells horrible.

Snap! The makeup brush does look very out of place in my toolbox though...

So you want to know which computer would be quite ESD proof?
Think about Colossus or any other vacuum tube computer.

Compressor @ home and we are limited to cans of compressed air in the office. Be careful with the hoover in the PC around the fans, managed to destroy a heatsink fan with the hoover previously.
