Cleaning existing block and pump

Hi guys
Anyone recommendations for cleaning my swiftech h320 combined pump block, I'm going to be reducing my radiator from a 360mm down to a new 240mn and adding new tubing so really just need to clean pump etc, I have some *SysClean-HPD and was wondering if that will do with some deionised water

Normally I would strip everything down to clean them but is that even possible with a AIO?

Ive just watched a video on youtube so I can actually take the pump apart to clean if needed
