Cleaning Heatsink

My AC64 has gathered some dust in the year or so ive had it and needs cleaning out quite badly. Whats the best way of doing it? Ideally i dont wanna have to take it all off and reseat it all but if needs be i guess ill have too.

Compressed air, and a brush, like a small paint brush you get them for cleaning.

If you want to clean under it, then compressed air then apply thermalpaste when putting back on.
