Cleaning ink bleed on broken LCD

My Acer 1916 fell off the desk and now i have a nice crack right up the middle of it. The crack i can live with but there is quite a lot of ink bleed around the crack, is there any way this can be cleaned up or got rid off?

yup - replace the screen.

It isn't ink bleed, it is dead pixels - where the screen controller can no longer supply energy to switch the pixels to anything other than "off"
