hi guys,

I have used a can of compressed air to clean the inside of my pc of dust, but there still seems to be what could be best described as a thin 'skin' layer of dust on the graphics card and other components that werent removed.

Is there some sort of brush that I could use to brush this dust off (taking the graphics card out of the computer first?)

thanks for the help :)

Luke

Agreed, soft clean brush.

I think my old gpu died because of a layer of stuck dust (I have amazing dust cleaning ability's) to something like the underside of the chip. After I finally gave up all hope on it, I decided to try to get it off not being wary of damaging my card, I had to use my fingernail it was that stuck on.

Perhaps I should put up a pic to show where it was stuck, could help/prevent it happening to people in future, off topic I know but oh well.

This is the part of the Gpu that got cover with dust, as you can propably see, it has a rubbery texture. Not sure what newer cards are like, as this is an old Radeon X1600 Pro

It is on the underbelly of the Card btw
