Cleaning out watercooling kit?

I've been donated a neglected watercooling setup (waterchill Antarctica) and the pipes are somewhat cruddy in colour. I'd imagine the internals of the radiator are the same state as the cpu block. Is there anything I can use to clean it all? Bleach maybe? (sorry if thats stupid

)

I used some astonish stuff to clean out the inside of the cpu block - Result = instant 5 degree drop on an athlon xp. Would this watercooling be better on my opteron than the current air cooler?

Sorry for the super late reply mate, i didn't get email notification! The problem being to find out I need to buy a different block top because the old one got hacksaw modded to fit a NF7
