Cleaning PC components ?

What do people here use to clean off dust etc from pc components inside pc?

Im currently using compressed air but wondered if there was a better way.

Im not keen on using a vacuum cleaner inside for static reasons

Soft 1 inch paint brush.

I also use compressed air on bad machines (only outside though...can be a tad messy

I've got one of my girlfriend's old blusher brushes that works pretty well. Granted I only tend to dust the large pieces of dust but I do it more regularly (every 2 weeks or so).
