Cleaning screen with cloth

Hi,

I've just gone and bought a Halfords glass & window cloth. It is microfibre. 80% polyester and 20% polymide. I'm just a bit worried I'm going to scratch my screen. It doesn't say that it is "lint free". Does anyone else use something similar to clean their screen?

A lens cleaner for camera's from a camera shop or a glass's cloth from a opticians are probably the best, as they are designed to be scratch and lint free, with the sole purpose of cleaning optics.
