Cleaning TFT?

Winter has forced lots of cough splatters on to my TFT, in certain games i think its an alien lifeform, in others, i pay too much for a player, so whats the best way to clean the screen?

Answers are welcome, although i may not be able to read certain parts of your post.

I use iKlear, it's specially made for the purpose.

It's worth paying for a decent TFT cleaning fluid, not worth risking using something like MrSheen or Cilit Bang...

Cilit bang...and my tft is gone.

Can i not just damp a cloth and do it like that?

I use a warm damp cloth with just a tiny amount of washing up liquid then give it a wipe over without the washing up liquid after.
Never had a problem with mine.
Don't some screens have different types of screen front though?
as in different materials
