I had a couple of different installs of Windows running side by side that I no longer use. How do I go about removing them from the boot options?

I've got hidden files shown, always have. Problem is Boot.ini isn't there. It shows up in msconfig though which is odd.

Yeah did that, didn't remove any. Ive got a bootsec.bak file though, and a boot folder.

So I what do I want rid of? I can't see why any of it's needed if you only have one OS there.
