Cleaning up software

My PC is running slower than it should recently, and I was wondering if there's anything I can do to speed it up? I've de fragged with UDefrag, got Cacheman, but is there any programs for Windows like OnyX for Mac?

Have you tried running antivirus and anti malware programmes? I would suggest Avira and malwarebyres to start with, both free.
