The first thing I would like to do is remove unwanted apps that I don't use like Microsoft Edge. I also had a game installed that didn't install correctly that I want to remove but its not giving me the option to remove it.

I followed instructions on how to remove Microsoft Edge but the video is from 2021 and I was unable to remove Microsoft Edge.

I would also generally like to have a clean up of junk.

Thanks.

To remove Edge go to Apps & features, find Microsoft Edge and click uninstall. If the option is greyed out then it'll be a bit more involved.

TBH if I want to clean up my install I generally just do a clean new installation.

If remove Edge is greyed out
Look in edge to find it's version number
Open command prompt as admin

Enter this but change xxx for the version number
cd %PROGRAMFILES(X86)%\Microsoft\Edge\Application\xxx\Installer

Then enter this
setup.exe –uninstall –system-level –verbose-logging –force-uninstall

For pre installed windows store apps
Free software
10appsmanager

For the game
Try revo uninstaller
Though if that can't find you can't use it
Then try wiztree or windirstat
Those give an easy to see graphic where you
Can spot large folders/files
And then remove them
