Cleaning watch straps

Hi there,

I have this white watch strap made of a leathery texture and its got a few marks on it, how can I get it clean?

I've tried nail varish remover, it did nothing. Was thinking of sending it to dry cleaners? lol :confused:

My friend owns a watch repair shop, and says he can replace the strap but its not going to be of the same make of the watch (Guess).

Seriously, have you tried Bicarb & water?

Its a main ingredient in our household for cleaning all sorts of things.

Works a treat, no need to use hard abrasives or toxic stuff.

I use it for cleaning the White Leather dining chairs and it gets any marks off. Give it a go.

Just do as the others in this thread stated.. You should be able to get it nice and white again.
