Hey guys,

Just got some preloved waterblocks for a CPU & 2 GTX480's and I think I should give them a bit of a clean before I use them, they are in decent condition as it is but it can't hurt to do it.

Whats the best method of doing it? Just washing through with DI Water or something more thorough?

Using brush at each step
tomato sauce first (acid and abrasive)
then normal tooth paste (alkaline and abrasive to neutralize and remove 'salts')
the rinse / scrub (tap)
then rinse Distilled or de-ionised
Dry & reasemble

Last four if it does not look stained.

Edit - that the metal parts only - remove the O rings (don't get acid anywhere near them)
