Sooo im gonna attempt soon to re wc my 4870 so ofc il be disconnecting my wc loop.

The Pump and, cpu and gpu blocks are all fairly new (bought in Dec 08).

The radiator has gotta be 5 years old now lol. Whats the best way to clean this out?

Also, is it worth maybe replacing this? (are they any better these days).

Resovoir is also 5 years old but i guess that doesnt make any difference.

Firstly, I'd clean out the rad and see what temps you're getting. If you're happy with them why needlessly spend extra money?

Secondly. I answered pretty much the same question a couple of days ago so I'm going to cheat and go for the C+P from last time, feel free to adapt it so it seems more relevent to your situation ;)
To drain your system cut/remove tubing at the lowest point and let mavity do the work for you.
If you're planning for a serious complete clean out, this is what I do.
Mix together some white vinegar + distilled water in a 15:85 ratio. (Must be white vinegar). And then run the solution round the loop for ~2hrs+ depending on what you think it needs. Then I'd run pure distilled water round to wash out the vinegar. Then replace all the tubing with lovely new stuff and start the loop up again with new coolant.
