We have a window cleaner who cleans the external face of all our windows and conservatory.

But how do you clean the insides?

S'pose I shoudl know having lived on my own for nearly 10 years, but I'm ashamed to say I don't!

Window cleaner here :)

Insides best way to do it is with a squeegee and applicator, the traditional way.

Unless you want the window cleaner to do the insides theirselves which would be your best bet, just use something like mr muscle window shine with kitchen towel, doesnt work extremely well as it leaves smeer marks sometimes, but with patience it should do a decent job.

Best way for doing outsides though is wfp.

Glass cleaner and use newspaper.

Basically wash with the glass cleaner. Use newspaper to dry it, and rid the window of any streaks.

You might have to persist and/or rub hard with the newspaper - but it's worth it, just for the streak-free window. It just becomes annoying when you see the streaks on the outside.

Smells pretty strong but does a good job.

Make some napalm out of petrol, bleach and jelly crystals. Put it on the windows and light it. Works a treat.
If that doesn't tickle your fancy get some window cleaner and kitchen towels from tesco. There really isn't that much to it.

I would've thought the obvious answer would be a woman...

Anyway, a spot of Windolene, some kitchen roll and a cloth. Spray it on, clean it with the cloth then buff it up with some kitchen roll. I also do it with my car windows too.

what is "glass cleaner"? windolene?
You'll see all varieties of glass/window cleaners in shops. Some are shops own brand, and you'll ikely see Windolene amongst the items too.

Go with your instinct, and choose what you think is best. There's very little difference between any of them, TBH.

Another tip is to wipe in one direction (left,right/up,down) so that you can tell if the smearing is on the outside or the inside
