Clear cases?

I know they are a bit of a gimmick, but I won't be overclocking in an extreme way, I don't have water cooling, I just think they are quite good looking. Any reasons why not aside from aesthetics!?

Dust for one, at least you can hide it behind beige box panels

It uses 80mm fans so may be fairly loud and unless done very well they tend to look horrible.

You might consider an Antec 900 then. It has a lot of the same gee whiz flashing lights bling appeal but it should perform much better. The price isn't too bad either.
