Clear history on close - Chrome

Why does the "Clear Cookies and Other Site Data When I Close My Browser." not work in chrome?

You close the browser and all history is retained.....

Also I'v noticed some of the fonts are fuzzy on certain web pages, is this because I'm using it on Win XP and it's different on Win 7?

For instance http://win.softpedia.com/ is a good example of fuzzy fonts.

If you're signed into a google accont it might be using your web history. Go to google.com/dashboard to turn it off; or don't log in.

Fonts on that site are fine.

I'm not singed in to Google. The delete history on exit, does not work in chrome...

If you compare the bold blue characters with Firefox, you will see they are fuzzy in Chrome.

(Might be a Win XP thing)

Chrome is definitely snappier than Firefox on certain websites, also flash seems to make chrome lag less than Firefox. I also like the inbuilt spelling correction. The spelling correction used to work in Firefox, but it has disappeared for some reason...

If they added the delete history on exit, then I could use chrome, with out it, I'm stuck with Firefox.
