Clear History ?

Hi i am looking for a good history cleaner for my vista machine that i am going to give to someone but i would rather not reformat so i need a program that could do it

any suggestions welcome

I use that but it wont get rid of messenger logs in windows for some reason

Manually delete them and uninstall/reinstall messenger.
