Clearance lines eh ?

Because the price o the b grade would have been cheaper when it was put on. Price on new has since been reduced. Prices have not been updated.

Simples.
 
I don't think they update the pricing of the clearance lines nearly as often as the new kit - so that B-grade is probably from when the cards cost much more new.

I hear the cheap 5850 stock is limited (not made any more AFAIK) so if you want one - buy it quick :)
