Clearing Firefox cookies with exceptions

I was just wondering if its possible to clear cookies in Firefox but create exceptions for some sites (like forums particularly)?

Yeah i saw that but its a bit of hassle to block all cookies and then manually add every site i want to allow cookies.

I'm hoping for something a little easier to use.

cCleaner has a nice 1 click option for cookies to keep

I recently heard about the Permit Cookies addon which I'm now using, it uses the firefox exceptions list by relying on you to add a site when you first visit it by clicking the icon in the status bar and clicking ok in the popup. If you dont add a site, its cookies will be removed when you shut down firefox.
