clearing my ps3

how do i reset my ps3 so that all accounts are gone and its back to its old state

i have restore default settings, restore ps3 settings and restore ps3 system

i need to make sure all cc details etc are gone from the account really other then that the buyer is more then welcome to any games etc which are installed and not locked to an account if that makes sense.

Create a new account, and then login to that account (not online just locally) and then you will be able to delete your account from the far left hand section where you pick which account to login to. Basically you can only delete accounts you are not logged in with. All CC details are within the accounts.

it did leave some of the files behind like flower (not working) / wipeout hd (still working) there is no details stored in the ps3 shop thing i assume ?
